App Outline

  • Intro to a new movement system, hips, and spine training. The first 6 weeks will be filled with atypical workouts. We aim to help you develop an understanding of a new approach to healing and functioning well.

  • Hip flexion. Through weeks 7-11 you will discover the true function and purpose that the hips have for the body overall.

  • Through the next 5 weeks you will develop a deeper understanding of hip flexion. You will be met with 3 additional exercises that will challenge your hip capacity.

  • Hip Extension. This was introduced in previous phases but in weeks 17-21 will be prioritized more. There will be a different emphasis on the exercises with a new focus.

  • Through these 5 weeks there will be a deeper understanding of hip extension. 3 new exercises will help to develop a greater degree of hip extension.

  • Intro to thoracic spine movement. There have been exercises throughout the previous phases targeting this area. The upper back, or “T-spine” is the longest portion of the spine, just under the neck. You will discover new exercises and proper function of this region.
