With almost 20 years of personal training experience, I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Exercise Science. My passion is not only training others to live a pain-free and healthy life but also informing those with knowledge of how and why certain exercises help. I want others to acquire the knowledge throughout our training to replicate the process on their own if issues arise in the future.

Brandi DeGrave

Specializing in gut and hormone health, I work with individuals to help enhance their internal health. I desire to inform others so they can understand the complex world of nutrition as medicine. Nutritional guidance can be extremely beneficial for many ailments in life.

Ian Palumbo

With over 10 years of experience in personal training, I’ve studied and applied a wide range of movement styles and conditioning techniques. Always in search of the "answer" to optimize performance, both for myself and for others.

But despite all my efforts, I never quite found what I was looking for. After years of training, pushing through pain, and trying to “fix” my body, I came to a critical realization: the issue wasn’t in the techniques, it was in the foundation. I had been building on dysfunction, and that only made things worse.

That breakthrough changed everything. I began to understand how the body truly functions as an integrated whole, how alignment, awareness, and deep foundational integrity are essential to real, lasting progress. From that insight, a new mindset and approach were born. One that now reflects in how I move, how I stand, and most importantly, how I feel.

The body holds limitless potential! When the foundation is right, everything becomes possible.


Sergey Ovcharenko

I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works and how much better life feels when we move well. With a Master’s in Exercise Science as my foundation, my real learning came from years of observing bodies in motion and coaching people through their struggles, limitations, and breakthroughs. I believe progress isn’t about harder workouts, but about movement quality, longevity, and building a body that stays strong and pain-free over time.

My approach focuses on understanding how your body moves, respecting where you are today, and creating habits that actually last. I love helping people feel stronger, move with ease, and regain confidence in what their bodies can do, not just now, but for years to come.
